- Payment for services rendered is due upon completion. Late payments may incur a late fee.
- Any damages caused by our staff during the cleaning process will be assessed and appropriate compensation will be provided.
- Phoenix Cleaning reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or location for any reason.
- Our staff will respect your privacy and confidentiality. We will not share any personal or sensitive information without your consent.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
- You are responsible for providing necessary access and utilities for our staff to perform their cleaning duties.
- Any special requests or instructions should be communicated to our staff prior to the cleaning appointment.
- Payment for Initial Deep Clean: Customers booking an initial deep clean service are required to make full payment at the time of booking to secure their appointment. Failure to make the payment may result in the cancellation of the appointment.
